The final quarter of the year is here, and if there is a single month that kicks off all of the holiday fun we have to nominate October! The school year seems to be in full swing, baseball is in post season and Football is well in to the regular season. Our first big holiday is at the end of the month, which leaves October as the month to prep and celebrate the day to day!

For starters this month you can Adopt a Dog, or perhaps you would rather celebrate Adopt a Turkey Month! This is the month that celebrates apples, bats and black cat awareness. Celiac Disease Awareness, Breast Cancer Awareness, and Walk to School Month. You can celebrate Financial Planning (if t hat’s more up your alley) or the month of Free Thought!

Don’t forget Octoberfest, or yummy celebrations like Popcorn Poppin, Seafood and Pizza all stake a claim to October. Alas, you could go with Spinach. No matter what the theme is for your month we love the following days to celebrate, too!
